There is not a group rate.  I reserved a group of rooms in my name, but they are all now assigned.  If you don't have a room yet, I suggest to become a Hilton Honors member first.  You'll get the best rate with one day cancellation notice. Unfortunately rates have gone up considerably.  The cheapest rooms when I last checked were $332/night.  Sorry.  

AGENDA:

Friday:  Families arrive at the hotel.  There is no planned activity.  Just meet and greet in the attrium, enjoy the manager reception, plan your evening activities.  Nashville has a great night life.  The hotel has a restaurant.  Folks may also want to go out to dinner in groups.    

Saturday Morning: Complimentary breakfast at the hotel.  Time to sightsee in Nashville.  

Saturday Afternoon: The main reunion event will be a family picinic at Seven Oaks Park in Nashville on Saturday afternoon June 24.  We have shelter 1 reserved all day.  Seven Oaks Park is a huge recreational facility with lots of grassy fields, athletic fields, a disc golf course, picnic areas, and a playground.

Arrival: 2:30pm

Dinner: 4:00pm

Adults:  Mission BBQ - brisket, chopped brisket, pulled pork, chicken, sliced turkey, smoked pork, baked beans/brisket, potato salad, slaw, kettle chips, slider rolls

Kids:  Roma's Gormet Pizza, Chick-fil-a Nuggets, mac and cheese 

Drinks: sweet tea, unsweet tea, lemonade.

Before and After will be fun and games. We"ll have things availble to play.  Cousin Therese also has a surprise for the kids.   

Saturday Night:  Party Nashville style, or back to the hotel.

Sunday: Complimentary breakfast at the hotel and say goodbye to departing family.
